Is EasyAgents the company or the product?+
Both share the original name. EasyAgents.live is the company brand. EasyAgents is its business-automation product, and EasyTube AI is its YouTube-production product.
Do I own software bought with a one-time license?+
Yes. The purchased version is intended to keep working indefinitely on supported hardware. The purchase includes 12 months of updates; another update period can be purchased without disabling the version already owned.
Why are some capabilities sold as add-ons?+
Customers should not pay for complex workflows they do not use. Add-ons also let us release and support advanced modules only after the core product is dependable.
Why is hosted AI not included forever?+
Model inference, storage, and third-party services create a cost every time they run. Those services use transparent credits, a customer-owned provider account, or a recurring plan rather than an unlimited lifetime promise.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. We can guarantee product behavior and support commitments, not sales, leads, video views, or platform distribution. Marketing claims on this site are deliberately limited to what the products actually do.
EasyAgents
Does EasyAgents replace my employees?+
It replaces repeatable steps, not judgment and relationships. The best first workflow is frequent, rules-based, and easy for a person to verify.
Where does my business data go?+
EasyAgents is designed to run locally. Browser sessions and operational data stay on the customer's Mac. If an external AI provider is selected, prompts go directly to that provider under the customer's account.
What does the one-time license mean?+
You own the version you buy. It keeps working even if you skip future renewals. The license includes 12 months of updates; optional renewals add another year of features and support without re-buying ownership.
Do I have to set this up myself?+
No. Founding members start with a free demo and hands-on install. Concierge setup is part of the model—we configure the first workflow with you on your Mac.
EasyTube AI
Is EasyTube AI a fully automated YouTube channel?+
No. EasyTube AI is a local studio that prepares edits and packaging. You review and approve every upload. It is designed for control and safety—not unattended autopilot.
Will this get my channel banned?+
We design around official YouTube APIs, human approval, and your own footage. We do not market risky auto-download, remix, or shadow-upload behavior. You stay responsible for the content you approve.
What does the Core license include?+
Core covers local editing, captions, thumbnails, metadata review, channel connection, and upload after your approval. Scout, Fusion, and future avatar tools are separate add-ons.
Does EasyTube AI guarantee views?+
No. It reduces production work and uses your channel's own evidence to improve packaging decisions, but audience demand and YouTube distribution remain outside any software's control.
