What is EasyAgents.live?+
EasyAgents.live is the company brand and website. Our public product today is EasyTube AI for approval-first faceless YouTube production on your Mac.
Do I own software bought with a one-time license?+
Yes. The purchased version is intended to keep working indefinitely on supported hardware. The purchase includes 12 months of updates; another update period can be purchased without disabling the version already owned.
Why are some capabilities sold as add-ons?+
Customers should not pay for complex workflows they do not use. Add-ons also let us release and support advanced modules only after the core product is dependable.
Why is hosted AI not included forever?+
Model inference, storage, and third-party services create a cost every time they run. Those services use transparent credits, a customer-owned provider account, or a recurring plan rather than an unlimited lifetime promise.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. We can guarantee product behavior and support commitments, not sales, leads, video views, or platform distribution. Marketing claims on this site are deliberately limited to what the products actually do.

Is EasyTube AI a fully automated YouTube channel?+
No. EasyTube drafts the script, lays out the scenes and renders the video and Shorts. You approve the script and every upload. It's built for control and safety, not unattended autopilot.
Is it safe for my channel?+
It's built to be the safe way to do it. EasyTube is made for original content you have the rights to. Every upload waits for your approval, uploads are private by default, and every project keeps your rights and Terms records. In v1, an originality check runs before export. No tool can guarantee monetization: YouTube can still act on any channel under its own policies, and you're responsible for what you publish.
What does EasyTube Core include?+
The Mac app for Apple Silicon, yours to keep: Book Summary and Shorts, plus News, Psychology and Investing studios, captions, titles, thumbnails and approve-then-publish. One machine key. Year 1 of updates included. Optional $99/yr after that, and EasyTube keeps working forever without it. There are no paid add-ons at launch.
When do I get my license and download?+
After checkout, we email a personal download link and your license key to the address you used on Stripe, within 24 hours. Download links are personal, may be limited or tracked, and must not be shared.
Can I move EasyTube to another Mac?+
Yes. One license key may be active on one Mac at a time. Deactivate it (or uninstall) on the current Mac, then activate the same key on another Mac you own or control.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. EasyTube Core includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. A refund deactivates your license key.
What else will I pay for?+
Only your own AI usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok or a free open model) and any voice service you choose. We don't mark it up or earn from it.
Can I use it for finance or health topics?+
Yes, as educational explainers in your own voice. The Investing and Psychology studios use your own recorded voice by default. YouTube won't monetize AI personas presented as experts on finance, health, legal or political topics, so never present an AI narrator as a human expert.
What isn't included?+
A talking avatar, channel analytics, batch runs across many videos, and pasting a YouTube link to remake someone else's video. Scene art isn't automatic yet: you make images in ChatGPT or any image tool and drop them in. No voices are built in. Mac with Apple Silicon only.
Does EasyTube AI guarantee views?+
No. It cuts production work, but audience demand and YouTube distribution are outside any software's control.
