EasyTube Core — 7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase EasyTube AI Core through our Stripe checkout on easyagents.live, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the product is not a fit. A approved refund deactivates your license key.
How to request a refund
- Email freethem1111@gmail.com from the same address used at checkout (or explain how we can match your order).
- Include your purchase date and, if available, your Stripe receipt or payment reference.
- We will confirm eligibility under this policy and process eligible refunds through Stripe.
What this policy does not cover
- Charges you pay directly to third parties (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, YouTube, etc.).
- Separate professional services (for example done-with-you setup) unless otherwise agreed in writing for that service.
- Abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of the license terms.
EU and UK digital content
Where consumer laws in the European Union or United Kingdom apply, you may have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within a cooling-off period. That right can be lost when you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once delivery begins. At checkout you should see Stripe’s consent and acknowledgement flow for digital goods (verify in Stripe test mode before relying on it in production).
Our voluntary 7-day guarantee above is in addition to any rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
Governing law
This policy is interpreted under the laws of Ontario, Canada where applicable.
