Grant
When you pay for EasyTube AI Core, FreeThemZ Media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on Mac computers you own or control, subject to the activation limits below and this agreement.
Perpetual use
The license is for the version you purchased. It is intended to keep working on supported hardware without a monthly EasyTube subscription. Year 1 of updates is included with Core; optional paid update periods may be offered later as described on the pricing page.
One Mac active at a time
One license key may be active on one Mac at a time. You may deactivate it (or uninstall EasyTube) and activate the same key on another Mac you own or control.
Extra machine keys, if offered, are separate purchases for existing Core owners and allow more than one Mac to be active at the same time under separate keys.
Delivery
After purchase, we email you a personal download link and your license key, within 24 hours, to the address you used at Stripe.
Download links are personal to your purchase, may be limited or tracked, and must not be shared publicly or with other people.
Restrictions
- No resale or sublicensing of the license, license key, or personal download link to third parties.
- No sharing download links publicly or posting them where others can use them.
- No reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits.
- No use to violate law, infringe others’ rights, or bypass approval workflows the product is designed to enforce.
Your content and providers
You retain responsibility for scripts, media, and uploads. You connect your own AI and voice provider accounts; their terms apply to that usage.
Termination
We may deactivate a license for material breach, shared download abuse, or chargeback fraud. Refunds under the Refund Policy end your right to use the key and download access.
Disclaimer of warranties
Software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. See also the AI & platform disclaimer.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
